Obituary for
Barbara Jean "Barb" Wille
Ignacio resident Barbara Wille died Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2013, at Littleton Adventist Hospital, due to a massive stroke. She was 65.
Mrs. Wille was born to Adolph and Dorothy (Vlach) Wille on October 14, 1947, in Medford Wisconsin. She grew up in Medford, graduating in Westboro WI1964.
She married Michael Polacek date 1967. They had three sons Guy Polacek, Medford, WI, Kim Polacek, Rib Lake, WI, Neal Polacek, Durango, CO. The marriage ended in divorce 1992. Mrs. Wille is survived by her husband, Randall Faber, Ignacio CO her mother, Dorothy Wille, Medford WI, Sisters: Linda Garrett, Edgewater FL, Nancy Rohland, Medford WI, Brothers: Roger Wille, Medford WI, David Wille, Medford WI, Ralph Wille, Medford WI, and two grandchildren.
Barbara and Neal moved to Bayfield, CO June 1996, She worked as a caregiver then at Sunshine Gardens, and was working for La Plata County Department of Human Services as a Case Aide in adult protective services. She remarried in 2008 to Randall Faber they have a small farm by Oxford CO, called Oxford Farm & Garden. She loved the country life, she liked the outdoors, hiking, fishing, hunting, skiing, gardening, she raised chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits, beef, She preserved and stored most of her own food. She was a very passionate person to all her clients and workers and friends.
There will be a Celebration for Life (Pot Luck Dinner) Saturday October 26 at the Eagle Park Bayfield, if bad weather it will be at Pine River Senior Center Bayfield, at 11.00 AM.
