Cheryl (Brown) Orris came into this world December 10, 1961 and departed April 11, 2021.
Cheryl was the definition of selfless. She helped anyone whenever she could. Her joy was contagious, and she loved a good joke. She treated everyone like a friend, never knowing a stranger.
Cheryl's family was the most important thing to her. She cherished spending time with all her grandchildren whenever possible. She loved being a Grandma.
Cheryl worked as a US Postal Carrier for over 20 years and dearly loved her customers and they would say the same about her. Prior to her career with USPS, she worked at the old Dick and Janes Place near the state line. She was a friendly face to all the regulars and anyone who passed through. Her kids were active in 4H, rodeo, and FFA. She loved to watch and support them. She was always willing to lend a hand with a smile on her face.
Cheryl was proceeded in death by her mother, Alberta Brown (Hickman); sister, Kelly Hadden (Brown) and mother-in-law, Patrice M Orris.
She will be missed by her father: Gerald Brown; her husband: Randy Orris; her three kids: Justin, Daniel, Randi; daughter-in-law Stephanie; her beloved grandchildren: Keaton, Karter, Kyson, Coleman, Riley, and Louis; as well as her siblings, nieces, nephews, and extended family. She leaves behind so many friends that truly became family including Vicky Wancura, Dusty Ledford, and many more.
She was an angel on earth and will continue to be for all those she loved. A celebration of life will be held this summer.
