Lawerence R. Miller, 75, died Thursday, February 2, 2012, at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Durango.
Mr. Miller was born August 6, 1936, in Mariposa, Calif., the son of Lawrence and Ilene Miller. He was raised in Mariposa. He married his sweetheart Peggy White in 1954, and they raised three children together (Debbie, Cathey and Robert) in Mariposa. He worked in the woods most of his life.
