Michelle Marie Salazar

Michelle Marie Salazar, 56, of Farmington NM was called home by the Lord on July 3, 2024. Michelle wasborn in Durango, Colorado to Frank and Rose Pacheco on November 30, 1967. She grew up in Durangoand later moved to Farmington to start her family. She worked in the medical field for over 20 years as aCertified Central Sterile Technician. She enjoyed spending time with family, doing arts, crafts and bakingwith her grandchildren, singing karaoke, riding her motorcycle, camping, car shows, music and talking onthe phone to loved ones for hours. Michelle is survived by her mother Rose Pacheco, husband GilbertSalazar, children Devida Shaffer (Chad) and Gilbert Salazar Jr. (Eraya), grandchildren CJ, AuBree andMariveya, brother Lenard Pacheco (Kim), sister LaDonna Manore (Robert), and tons of nieces andnephews. She is preceded in death by her father Frank Pacheco and her brother Frankie Pacheco. Funeralservices will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Durango, Colorado on July 13th, 2024 at 11:00 am.
