Mary Frances Rogers

Mary Frances Rogers passed away peacefully on Friday, April 14, 2023. She was 39 for the 23^rd time (62).

She is survived her only 4 straight A’s: Anona, Amber, Andy and Allan; her sons-in-law, Jessie and Jeremy; Her duaghter-in- law Sabrina; her grandchildren: Kris, Autumn and Channing; her siblings, Nancy, Patty, Peggy, Linda, Cliff, Joyce and Harold; as well as MANY nieces and nephews.

Mary lived a life of service. She loved serving everyone around her and was always willing to help. She loved serving in the Church of Christ of Latter-day Saint temples. The temple was a very special place to her and even though she didn’t get to go to every temple in the world, she was able to go to many in the Four Corners area.

Mary always knew how to make friends and made many in her lifetime. Some of these friends even called her “mom”. It was her son-in-law, Jessie who gave her the moniker “Marymom”. This was a name she loved and was changed to “GrandMary” for her grandkids, both biological and adopted.

Mary taught us how to be strong. She was always the last one to arrive, but the last one to leave. She was an example of “working until the job was done”. She will be greatly missed.

Services for Mary will be held at 9:30a.m. on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the Bayfield Chapter of the LDS Church.

As Mary was allergic to flowers, we ask that instead you make a donation to Wolf Wood Refuge (https://www.wolfwoodrefuge.org/). If a plant must be sent, please make it a house plant as she loved them.
