Jeremy Addison Harmon, 50, of Durango, Colorado, joined the angels on November 22, 2024. He was born in Putnam, Connecticut, on June 12, 1974. Jeremy was raised in Woodstock, Connecticut, where he attended Woodstock Academy and later Hyde School in Bath, Maine. His adventurous spirit led him to Hawaii, where he visited his sister MaryAnn and soon fell in love with the island life, returning to reside there for many years.
Self-taught in both culinary arts and carpentry, Jeremy excelled in these fields and took great pride in his work. His diverse skills later led him to work in property management alongside his father in the Aspen, Colorado, and he later moved to Durango, Colorado. Known for his passion for cooking, deep love of music, Jeremy enjoyed attending concerts and sharing his love for life with others. He was always willing to lend a helping hand, and his generosity and kind nature made him deeply loved by those who knew him.
Jeremy is survived by his beloved mother, Kathleen Donovan Sanga, and stepfather, Charles Sanga, of Cape Coral, Florida; his father, Ralph D. Harmon, of Basalt, Colorado; his spouse, Belinda Harmon, his children, Nathanial, Bella, and Lola Harmon of Edmond, Oklahoma, his sister, MaryAnn Millette, of East Hampton, Connecticut, his brother, Matthew Millette and his wife Heather (Dietz), of Woodstock, Connecticut, sisters; Tracey, Tina, Charlene, and Cheryl and step-siblings, Shawn Sanga and Amy Sanga
Jeremy was predeceased by his infant daughter, Sophia, whose memory will always be cherished.
Jeremy’s kindness, generosity, humor and love for life touched many, and his spirit will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
