He is survived by his wife, Ruby D. (Wilson) Hook of Aztec, children: Julia (Melvin) Lewis of Mancos, CO, & Robert John Hook of Silverton; grandchildren: Johnathan & Robin Lewis; great-grandchildren: Samantha Lewis & Johnathan Lewis, Jr.; & a sister: Emilie Wilson of Ignacio.
