Gloria Hall

Gloria G. Hall, a resident of McPhee and Dolores Colorado for 83 years, passed away on Thursday, September 19th at home with her daughter by her side. 

Gloria was born on March 6, 1941 to Art and Bernice Hamilton. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Gloria graduated from high school and went to work for Empire Electric where she worked as the Administrative Assistant to Empires President for 40 plus years. 

Gloria enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved hunting, fishing, skiing, softball and anything involved with the outdoors. This love of the outdoors led Gloria and her husband Jerry, to open their store, Jerry’s Sporting Goods, where they became widely known and loved in the community and across the country.

Gloria is survived by her daughter, Kendall Allen (Stacy); her granddaughter, Calyn Allen; and her great grandson, Ryder; her sister Maribeth Hicks along with many nieces and nephews. Gloria was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Hall; her parents and one brother Oscar Hamilton.

Gloria will forever be loved and missed by all who knew her.
