Ella Cheryl Harris

April 26, 2012 — June 9, 2024

Redmesa, Colorado

Ella Cheryl Harris was born on April 26, 2012 to Mark and Ashlie Harris. She was born in Farmington, New Mexico and raised in Redmesa, Colorado. She was welcomed into a big loving family with seven older sisters and four older brothers. She has always been our little ray of sunshine. Ella's favorite thing in the world was to be at home with her family. She loved all animals, especially her goat Lulu, her guinea pig Hershey and her dog Pancake. She loved to play outside on our farm. She loved camping, going to the lake, swimming, playing games, going to Disneyland and family movie nights. Ella loved being an aunt and playing with her three nephews and one niece. Ella and her sister, Cambria, have always been the best of friends and enjoyed doing everything together. Ella was surrounded with some very special friends that stood by her side throughout her life. Ella has been blessed with many loved ones who have been a huge support and strength to her.

Ella has always had a strong testimony of her Savior Jesus Christ and she spent her life trying to be like Him by loving and serving others. Ella touched every life she came in contact with for good.

Ella passed away on June 9, 2024. She fought her battle with DIPG with bravery, courage, kindness, patience and love. We thank her care team at Colorado Children's hospital for the loving support they gave her. Ella will be missed immeasurably until we see her again, but she will be forever in our hearts.

Ella is remembered by her parents Mark and Ashlie Harris, her siblings Jacob (Jessica Jane) Harris, Levi Harris, Amanda (Dustin) Berkley, Chelsea (Devon) Conger, Tiffany (Nephi) Barnhart, Holly Harris, Jessica (Austin) Bascom, Sarah, Samuel, Adam and Cambria Harris. Her niece and nephews, her grandmother, Myrlene Harris, many aunts and uncles, her cousins and her friends will continue to cherish Ella's memory forever.
