Lifelong resident Maxine Ealum passed away March 13th, 2020 surrounded by her family.
Maxine was born to Harry and Helen Greer on November 23rd 1940 in Marvel Colorado. She was one of seven children. She attended Cherry Creek elementary school and graduated from Durango High School. She was a member of the Marvel Methodist Church.
On July 18, 1964 she married Guy Ealum to whom she was married for 24 years. Together they had four daughters.
She was a gentle, loving lady and caretaker at heart. She enjoyed camping, fishing , big family barbeques and music. She will be missed immensely.
She is survived by her sister Norma Frame, daughters Rhonda Martin, Sheryl Ealum, Tina Vaughn, and Patricia Morris, 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and she was considered Mom and Grandma by many more.
She is preceded in death by her husband Guy, brothers Hugh, Allen, Billy, sisters Ruth and Charlene.

Family has decided to continue with services for Maxine as planned on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 10:30am at Marvel United Methodist Church, with burial to follow services at Marvel Cemetery.
