He is survived by his wife: Joni Cozby; children: Amy (Stephen) Kennemer, Elizabeth Cozby, Kearsty (David) Wegher & Monty (Lyndsi) Taylor; siblings: Kimberly Rote, Michael Cozby, Crystal (Cary) Allcorn, Monica Dougherty, Cash Cooper, and Brenda Westerfield; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family & wonderful friends. He was preceded by his parents: Gail Cooper and Linda Cozby.
