Obituary for Anna L. Cannon
Anna Lillian Cannon died Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2011, in Durango, Colo. She was 74.
Mrs. Cannon was born Nov. 20, 1936, in Dighton, Mass., daughter of Arthur and Beatrice Cartman. Anna and her husband, Jack, raised their children in Albuquerque, N.M. Once Jack retired, they moved to Bayfield, Colo., where they enjoyed life in the cool pines. Anna enjoyed tatting and flower gardening.
She is survived by her husband, Jack E. Cannon, of Bayfield; three daughters: Debra Forbes and her husband, Dennis, of Nashua N.H.; Linda Cannon and Ronny Manus of Edgewood, N.M.; Theresa Hackett and husband, Michael II, of Layton, Utah; six grandchildren: Jeff, Ryan, Kyle, Shauna , Melissa, and Michael III; and four great-grandchildren: Jayton, Lukas, Carly and Jace.
A memorial service will be planned in Bayfield at a later date.
