Mary Cambridge

Mary E. Cambridge, passed away August 17, 2015 at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Durango, Colorado. She was 89. Mary was born near Huerfano, New Mexico on March 14, 1926 and she moved to Durango after attending the Ignacio Indian Boarding School. She was a resident of Durango for most of her life. After 27 years of service, Mary retired from Mercy Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her daughter Charlotte and mother Juila Armstrong. She is survived by daughter, Debbie Thomas; son, Charles Cambridge; 3 sisters, Anna Paul of Durango and Lillie Lapahe of Shiprock and Mabel Staley of Los Angeles. Services will be private and burial will be at Greenmount Cemetery.
