Obituary for
Philip Brevik
From the Brevik family... Thank you all for the calls, texts, emails, posts and just amazing support through this difficult time. Phil will always be remembered as the best cowboy, husband, father, and friend to all of us. He won father of the year in my book year after year! All of us knew he wasn't big on fancy get togethers... So there will be no services, but he had agreed to a United Blood Services blood drive that was already planned for November 9, 2013 from 10-2 at the Presbyterian Church on cr 230 next to my parents house. This was designed to replace the blood products that dad had used in the last months. We are going to use this same day as a Day of Celebration to remember my dad as we all knew him... A cowboy, healthy and roping and riding.. And of course the butt chewings we all got. I decided the harder the chewing the more he loved you! You don't have to donate blood, but that's all the family asks for donation wise. Replace what dad used to help the next person in need. He loved all of us so much and we love all of you for always being there through all our crazy life events. God bless each and every one of you and just remember dad is roping and riding in Gods green pastures where his entry fees have already been paid. Love you dad.
