Service Arrangements for Gerardo Acosta Sr.
Friday, June 28th:
2pm: Mr. Gerardo Acosta Sr. will be received at Silverton Fire Department (1450 Greene St. Silverton, CO) for his sendoff ceremony.
2:30pm: Silverton Fire Department will march down Greene St. to St. Patricks's Catholic Church behind the departments ceremonial 1929 Fire Truck. Community members, friends, and family are welcomed to walk behind the firefighters, in the sendoff for Mr. Acosta.
2:40PM-3:55pm Viewing @ St. Patrick's Catholic Church
4:00pm: Mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church (10th Street, Silverton, CO)
Following Mass, a ceremonial dinner will be held in memory of Gerardo Acosta Sr. at Silverton Fire Department (1450 Greene St.) Potluck side dishes/desserts are welcomed. Main Course and Refreshments provided.
· Mr. Gerardo Acosta Sr. will be at St. Patrick’s Church overnight after the mass, if anyone else wishes to pay their respects.
· From 10am on forward on Saturday, June 29 the Acosta Family will be in prayer for Mr. Acosta, and family and community members are welcome to join at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.
Donations can be made at Citizens State Bank to the "Acosta Memorial Fund"
