Condolence From: BT
Condolence: God Bless you my good friend.

Condolence From: Bill Betke
Condolence: my condolences to the Heber Famiy. I had the privilege to work with Jerry all his years and with his wife Paulette. Jerry was a character and kept you laughing all the time. He made the fire house a fun and interesting place to be at. My prayers are with all of you.

Condolence From: LJ
Condolence: The scriptures point to a time in the near future when God will rescue those who have died from the grave. “From the power of the Grave I will redeem them; From death I will recover them. Where are your stings, O Death? Where is your destructiveness, O Grave? Compassion will be concealed from my eyes.” (Hosea 13:14) God will bring those who have died back to life, and he will destroy death. No more will we deal with the stings of death. Rather, all living will have the prospect of living forever in paradise on earth. May this hope for the future comfort your grieving hearts.

Condolence: My heartfelt condolences go out to the entire Heber family. I worked with Jerry early in my career with the Evanston Fire Department. He passed on his knowledge to me and was a respected firefighter/paramedic. Just as importantly, he was a blast to be around. We always had a great time in the firehouse, and had some pretty competitive basketball and floor hockey games! I will miss him.
