Bradley Stephen Townsend passed away Monday, July 10, 2017, surrounded by family. He was 57 years old.
Brad was born September 14, 1959, to Arnold Edward Townsend, Jr. and Carla Annette Winter in Atlanta, Georgia. He grew up in Mableton, GA and attended Pebblebrook High School. Brad attended Carrollton technical college where his skillsets led to a career in Propane sales in La Plata County.
Brad was active in the Spring Creek Hall and served on the Board of Directors and as Vice President for a few years. He loved camping, trail riding, and fishing. Most of all, Brad, loved his wife and family.
He is survived by his wife, Donna; Children: Jake (Ashlee) Townsend, Jeramie (Summer) Price, and Amanda (Willie) Riegel; father: Arnold Townsend, Jr., brother: Eddie Townsend and Eddie's daughter Laura; three grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Carla.
A celebration of his life will be held at the Spring Creek Hall (5 miles south of Ignacio on State Highway 151), 7814 C.R. 334, Ignacio, CO.
