Obituary for Gladys Beatrice Davies (Hubbs)
Gladys Davies, 90, of Durango, CO, surrounded by family went to be with her Lord on May 24, 2017. Born June 29, 1926.
She is survived by her children Clyde (Karen) Davies, Julia Manis, Laverne (Richard) Madrid, Teresa (Darryl) Hunt, and Christine (Tony) Johnson, and sister-in-law Mildred Hubbs, 14 grand children, 23 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Davies in 1974.
Viewing at Hood Mortuary on May 31, 2017 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm for friends and family. Memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church, 332 E 11th St, Durango on Friday, June 2, 2017 at 10:30 am., with interment of cremains to follow.
