Obituary for Cecelia F. Quintana
Cecelia Felomena Quintana, born April 16, 1921, in Durango, passed away on August 2, 2011, at the age of 90.
She was married to Eloy Quintana in 1946 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church and spent her life as a homemaker. She lived in Grand Junction, Montrose, and Alamosa, and later retired to Durango.
Cecelia is survived by her husband Eloy Quintana of Durango, Colo.; brother-in-law Ray Quintana of Albuquerque, N.M.; sister-in-law Juanita “Jenny” Quintana of Salt Lake City, Utah, and numerous nephews and nieces.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, August 4, 2011, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Father Joseph L. Gallegos will officiate. Burial will occur at Greenmount Cemetery.
